Comme chaque année, IEEE student branch Liège vous propose ses formations LaTeX, en collaboration avec N-Hitec.

Elle se déroulement à Montefiore (B28) au R3 le 5 novembre (base) et le 12 novembre (avancé) dès 18h.

PAF : gratuit pour les membres MESA, 2 € pour les autres.

Nombre de places limitées, inscriptions souhaitées (ici).

La formation de base traitera des sujets suivants :

• installation de MiKTeX et d'un éditeur de texte TexMaker ;
• introduction sur l'encodage des documents ;
• écriture d'un article (sections, paragraphes, etc.) ;
• mise en forme d'équations mathématiques.

La formation "avancée" traitera quant à elle :

• des images (taille, format, centrage, etc.) ;
• des tableaux ;
• des listes ;
• des équations mathématiques avancées (matrices, équations sur plusieurs lignes, etc.) ;
• de la bibliographie ;
• des notes de bas de page ;
• finalement, de la réalisation d'une page de garde.

We organized the common Pastis Pétanque this 2 october.

Unfortunately, the weather was really bad. So we played petanque in Montef with the jacks as balls

A lively, casual, friendly atmosphere, this is likely what best describes the fantastic IEEE LAN, which took place on November 25 & 26 (2011) in Montefiore. 

A brief reminder: this LAN consisted of a 24-hour League of Legend tournament by team. The small number of contestants made this 24h LoL tournament cheerful. The two best teams came back home with their prizes (a bottle of Champagne for the winners, and a bottle of Asti for the seconds).
